Insel F50 at Bonaire on Apr 18th 2017, rejected takeoff due to computer error

A passenger reported the aircraft was accelerating for takeoff when about half way down the runway (length 2880 meters/9450 feet) the brakes came on hard. The crew announced they had aborted takeoff due to a computer error.
The aircraft reached Curacao with a delay of about 180 minutes.
