An Air France Airbus A319-100, registration F-GRHY performing flight AF-1755 from Algiers (Algeria) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) with 140 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL340 about 75nm northnorthwest of Toulouse (France) when the crew decided to divert to Toulouse due to a hydraulic problem. While on approach to Toulouse the crew declared PAN reporting they had also lost their nose wheel steering and needed to be towed off the runway. The aircraft landed safely on Toulouse's runway 32L about 25 minutes after leaving FL340.

The remainder of the flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto other flights.
