A United Airbus A320-200, registration N416UA performing flight UA-1270 from Jacksonville,FL to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA), was on final approach to Chicago's runway 10R when the crew initiated a go around reporting a flaps problem and advised they couldn't accelerate above 200 KIAS. The aircraft entered a hold at 6000 feet while the crew was working the related checklists, landed safely on Chicago's runway 10L at a slightly higher than normal speed and taxied to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Chicago 22 hours after landing.
