A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N278WN performing flight WN-1495 from Dallas Love,TX to Fort Lauderdale,FL (USA), was on final approach to Fort Lauderdale's runway 10L when the #1 engine (CFM56) ingested a bird. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 10L and taxied to the apron.

The FAA reported the engine sustained unknown damage.
