A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 777-200, registration AP-BGJ performing flight PK-760 from Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to Lahore (Pakistan), was on approach to Lahore's runway 36R when the left hand engine (GE90) ingested a bird. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 36R.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Lahore about 11 hours after landing.
