A Condor Boeing 767-300, registration G-DAJC performing flight DE-2199 from Varadero (Cuba) to Frankfurt/Main (Germany) with 275 people on board, was enroute at FL340 over the Atlantic Ocean about 380nm northeast of Gander,NL (Canada) when the crew received indication the right hand AC bus had dropped offline and detected the right hand generator had dropped offline, too. The crew attempted to reset the generator and bus, however, to no avail. The crew declared emergency, performed oceanic contingency procedures to descend without ATC clearance and at FL280 was cleared direct to Gander. The aircraft landed safely in Gander about 85 minutes after declaring emergency.
