The Canadian TSB reported maintenance determined the right hand cockpit window #1 terminal block connector as source of the odour due to window seal discolouration. The window and window heat controller were replaced.
The aircraft departed Sao Paulo as flight AC-2111 about 35 hours after landing back and reached Toronto with a delay of 38 hours.
