An American Airlines Boeing 777-300, registration N730AN performing flight AA-192 from Hong Kong (China) to Los Angeles,CA (USA), was enroute at FL350 over the Pacific Ocean about 100nm west of San Francisco,CA (USA) when the crew declared a medical emergency reporting one of the pilots had suffered a seizure, they needed to descend to FL200 right away. They intended to divert to San Francisco or San Jose,CA (USA). The aircraft was cleared direct to San Francisco Airport, descended to 10,000 feet and landed safely on San Francisco's runway 28L about 25 minutes after leaving FL350.

The FAA reported it was not the captain, who became incapacitated, but they were not told further details (including how many flight crew were on board).
