The airline reported the passengers were taken to hotels while the aircraft is being examined and continuation of flight is being organized.
A replacement Boeing 737-400 registration 9H-ZAZ was dispatched to Porto Santo and is currently on the ground in Porto Santo preparing to continue the flight.
