An Aerodienst ADAC Dornier 328 Jet, registration D-BADC performing flight ADN-26C from Ankara (Turkey) to Munich (Germany), was enroute at FL340 over Bulgaria about to enter Romanian Airspace and was being handed off to Romania ATC when the crew did not report on Romanian ATC frequencies at approximately 19:30L (16:30Z). The aircraft continued along their planned route and entered Hungarian Airspace at about 19:20L (17:20Z) without contacting Hungarian ATC. Hungary dispatched two Saab Gripen fighter aircraft to intercept and identify the aircraft, the crew of D-BADC restored communication with Hungarian ATC at about 19:45L (17:45Z). The aircraft continued for a safe landing in Munich while the Gripen fighter returned to their base.
