A Rusline Canadair CRJ-100, registration VQ-BNL performing flight 7R-243 from Moscow Domodedovo to Petrozavodsk (Russia), was on final approach to Petrozavodsk when a car drove onto the runway without clearance. The crew of the CRJ-100 initiated a go around, positioned for a second approach and landed safely.

Russian Media report a military vehicle from a nearby unit drove without radio contact onto the runway just in front of the CRJ-100 forcing the aircraft to go around.
