A Delta Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N396DA performing flight DL-2526 from Belgrade,MT to Salt Lake City,UT (USA), was enroute in smooth flight when a flight attendant pushing her beverage trolley along the aisle inadvertently wedged a passenger's left foot between cart and seat. The flight was continued to Salt Lake City for a safe landing.

The NTSB released their final report concluding the probable cause of the accident was:

inadvertent contact by beverage cart during cabin service.

The NTSB reported: "During follow up examination by her doctor, the passenger was diagnosed with a broken bone in her foot."
