A Southwest Boeing 737-300, flight WN-212 from Denver,CO to Boise,ID (USA), departed Denver's runway 25. About 5 minutes later the next departure from runway 25 reported something fairly large and of red color on the runway right at the 5000 feet marker. A runway inspection was initiated which reported tyre and other debris. The Southwest Boeing 737-300 continued for a safe landing in Boise.

The FAA provided an occurrence time of about one hour after departure and reported the Southwest Boeing 737 blew a tyre and dropped a landing gear door upon departure from Denver.
