The return flight WX-280 was cancelled.
Italy's ANSV reported they dispatched two investigators on site and opened an investigation into the occurrence initially rated a serious incident. On Mar 29th 2016 the ANSV added, that the occurrence has been re-rated as an accident due to the substantial damage.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Florence 10 days later.
