A bmi Regional Embraer ERJ-145, registration G-RJXM performing flight BM-1733 from Munich (Germany) to Brno (Czech Republic), was climbing out of Munich's runway 26L when the crew stopped the climb at FL070 reporting hydraulic problems. The aircraft returned to Munich for a safe landing on runway 26L about 25 minutes after departure and was initially able to taxi on own power, after vacating the runway and during taxi the nose wheel steering failed and the aircraft needed to be towed to the apron.

A replacement Embraer ERJ-135 registration G-RJXP reached Brno with a delay of 3.5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground 8 hours after landing.
