An Air Georgian Beech 1900D, registration C-GVGA performing flight ZX-7413 from Providence,RI (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 16 people on board, was enroute when the crew observed the oil pressure of the right hand engine (PT6A) dropping. When the oil pressure reduced below limits the crew shut the engine down, declared emergency, descended from FL200 to 12,000 feet and continued for a safe landing on Toronto's runway 23 about 40 minutes after the engine was shut down.

The Canadian TSB reported the engine was replaced, a main bearing failure is being suspected. The engine manufacturer has been involved and is going to advise the TSB about the findings.

Flight Operations reported the engine suffered a complete loss of engine oil and has been removed from the aircraft for a tear down inspection.
