An Ultimate Jet Charters Dornier Do-328 JET, registration N411FJ performing flight P1-902 from Cincinnati Municipal,OH to Cleveland Lakefront,OH (USA) with 14 passengers and 4 crew, was in the initial climb out of Cincinnati's runway 21L when multiple birds impacted the aircraft prompting the crew to level off at 1500 feet and return for a safe landing about 10 minutes after departure.

The FAA reported the Do-328 JET aircraft received minor damage after receiving multiple bird impacts.
