Everts MD82 at San Luis Potosi on Nov 2nd 2015, runway excursion on landing

An Everts Air Cargo McDonnell Douglas MD-82, registration N73444 performing freight flight 3Z-9249 from Laredo,TX (USA) to San Luis Potosi (Mexico), landed on San Luis' runway 14 at about 15:00L (21:00Z) but could not stop before the end of the runway, overran the end of the runway and turned left off the runway end safety area coming to a stop perpendicular to the runway center line on a tiny dirt road about 50 meters left off the left runway edge. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained no visible damage.

The airport was closed for about 5 hours until the aircraft could be moved back onto paved surface and to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft is still in San Luis Potosi about 36 hours after landing.
