An ANA All Nippon Airways Boeing 777-200, registration JA8967 performing flight NH-252 from Fukuoka to Tokyo Haneda (Japan) with 315 people on board, was on approach to Tokyo's Haneda Airport when the crew reported a hydraulic leak. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 34L and stopped on the runway, emergency services confirmed hydraulic fluid leaking from the left hand main gear. The passengers disembarked onto the runway and were bussed to the terminal.

Japan's Ministry of Transport reported the runway was closed for about 2 hours as result of the hydraulic leak until the aircraft could be towed to the apron and the spillage was cleaned up. An investigation into the causes of the hydraulic leak is underway.
