A Jetblue Embraer ERJ-190, registration N216JB performing flight B6-2020 from Fort Lauderdale,FL to Worcester,MA (USA) with 90 people on board, was on approach to Worcester when the crew reported they had a flaps issue and aborted the approach, subsequently reported they were unable to resolve the issue and needed to divert to Boston,MA (USA). On checking in with Boston arrival the crew requested runway 33L reporting their flaps were stuck at position 2 and they needed the longer runway. The aircraft landed safely on Boston's runway 33L at a higher than normal speed about 50 minutes after aborting the approach to Worcester.

A replacement ERJ-190 registration N193JB reached Worcester with a delay of 2:45 hours.
