The CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) reported two occupants received injuries and 10 hurt their backs when the aircraft encountered clear air turbulence enroute.
The airline reported that 15 passengers received minor injuries when the aircraft encountered clear air turbulence enroute to Manila.
Passengers reported that everything loose, including those passengers not belted into their seats, were thrown against the ceiling and fell back down.
