A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N138DL performing flight DL-1455 from Atlanta,GA to Los Angeles,CA (USA), was enroute at FL320 about 240nm west of Atlanta when the crew reported cabin crew and passengers smelt "some fumes in the back" and decided to return to Atlanta, where the aircraft landed safely about 45 minutesl later.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 4 hours, then departed again and reached Los Angeles with a delay of 5 hours.
