A United Boeing 737-700, registration N25705 performing flight UA-1528 from San Francisco,CA to Washington National,DC (USA), was enroute at FL390 east of Indianapolis,IN when the aircraft encountered turbulence causing injuries to a flight attendant. The aircraft continued to Washington for a safe landing on National Airport's runway 19 about 50 minutes later and taxied to the gate where medical services were waiting for the arrival of the aircraft.

The FAA reported (erroneously providing the flight as UA-528) that the flight attendant received knee injuries as result of turbulence enroute.
