A Jordan Aviation Boeing 767-200 on behalf of Shaheen, registration JY-JAG performing flight NL-739 from Islamabad (Pakistan) to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), was accelerating for takeoff from Islamabad's runway 30 when the left hand engine (CF6) emitted a loud bang, the left hand engine's fire indication illuminated. The crew continued takeoff, stopped the climb at 5000 feet performing the fire drill and returned to Islamabad for a safe landing on runway 30 about 15 minutes after departure.

On Jun 16th 2015 the NTSB reported during the takeoff roll engine #1 failed, the crew received a fire warning, continued takeoff and made an air return to Islamabad, there were no injuries, Pakistan's Authorities are investigating the occurrence rated an incident.
