The aircraft had suffered another incident 4 days earlier, see Incident: Israir AT72 near Ovda on May 21st 2015, engine shut down in flight.
On Jun 2nd 2015 the French BEA reported in their weekly bulletin, identifying this occurrence with the time stamp but stating the occurrence happened at Eilat (which would identify the occurrence of May 21st), stating the right hand engine's oil pressure dropped prompting the crew to reduce takeoff to climb power, then working the checklists and shutting the engine down. The occurrence was rated an incident and is being investigated by Israel's accident investigation board.
