An Air New Zealand Airbus A320-200, registration ZK-OJK performing flight NZ-891 from Christchurch (New Zealand) to Melbourne,VI (Australia), was climbing out of Christchurch when the crew stopped the climb at 6000 feet reporting problems with the cabin pressure. After working the checklists the crew continued the climb but stopped again at FL140 and diverted to Auckland (New Zealand) for a safe landing about 2:20 hours after departure.

A replacement A320-200 registration ZK-OJE reached Melbourne with a delay of 7:15 hours.
