A United Boeing 737-800, registration N87512 performing flight UA-1400 from Atlanta,GA to Newark,NJ (USA), was taxiing for departure from Atlanta when a cabin crew got injured prompting the crew to return to the gate. The flight attendant was taken to a hospital.

The occurrence aircraft reached Newark with a delay of 6 hours.

The FAA reported a flight crew member was injured while taxiing, the aircraft returned to the gate, the flight crew member was taken to a hospital. In the occupant manifest the FAA clarified it was a flight attendant who got injured.
