An Estonian Air Embraer ERJ-170, registration ES-AEC performing flight OV-178 (dep May 3rd) from Brussels (Belgium) to Tallinn (Estonia) with 66 passengers and 4 crew, was on approach to Tallinn when the crew aborted the approach reporting problems with the flaps and requesting emergency services on standby in case of brakes problems. The aircraft positioned for another approach to runway 26, landed safely at a slightly higher than normal speed and taxied to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft resumed service the following morning about 6 hours after landing.
