A Yamal Airlines Canadair CRJ-200, registration VP-BBE performing flight YC-174 from Nadym to Moscow Domodedovo (Russia) with 49 people on board, was climbing out of Nadym when the crew reported problems with the flaps and decided to divert to Tyumen (Russia), about 550nm southsouthwest of Nadym, where the aircraft landed safely.

A replacement CRJ-200 registration VQ-BPB reached Moscow with a delay of 4 hours.
