A Hainan Airlines Airbus A340-600, registration B-6510 performing flight HU-7976 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Beijing (China), was climbing through FL200 out of Toronto when the crew reported problems with the cabin pressure and requested to descend and enter a holding to work the problem. The aircraft descended to 10,000 feet and was vectored around the area for about 55 minutes, then descended further to 6000 feet and was vectored around again for about 10 minutes, then climbed to FL200. After about 5 minutes on FL200 the crew reported they had solved their problem and continued their flight climbing to FL320 about 90 minutes after stopping the first climb at FL200. The aircraft reached Beijing for a safe landing with a delay of 110 minutes.
