A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N155DL performing flight DL-295 from Honolulu,HI (USA) to Tokyo Narita (Japan), was enroute at FL320 over the Pacific Ocean about 450nm northwest of Honolulu when the crew decided to return to Honolulu, descended the aircraft to FL150 and landed safely back at Honolulu about 3 hours after departure. A flight attendant was taken to hospital.

The FAA reported on Apr 7th 2015 that a flight attendant received leg injuries from a food cart.
