Perimeter SW4 near Red Lake on Mar 31st 2015, descended below clearance, loss of separation

The Canadian TSB reported that the crew had selected 3,000 instead of 13,000 feet into the altitude alerter. The separation between the two aircraft reduced to 400 feet vertical and 1.1nm horizontally. The occurrence is being investigated by Perimeter's Safety Management System.
