An Aer Lingus Boeing 757-200, registration EI-LBT performing flight EI-109 from Dublin (Ireland) to New York JFK,NY (USA), was enroute at FL340 nearing DOGAL, the entry point into Oceanic Airspace, when the crew requested to enter an enroute hold reporting a cabin crew had been accidentally injured and they needed to check out that she was okay. About 20 minutes later the crew advised they wanted to continue the flight to New York. Their oceanic clearance was amended and the flight is currently estimated to reach New York on schedule.
