An Aegean Airbus A320-200, registration SX-DVW performing flight A3-829 from Zurich (Switzerland) to Athens (Greece) with 74 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL370 about 80nm northwest of Split (Croatia) at about 20:15L (19:15Z) when the aircraft encountered sudden turbulence of about 5-7 seconds causing minor injuries to a flight attendant and two passengers. The crew descended the aircraft to FL350, assessed the situation and continued the flight to Athens for a safe landing about 90 minutes later. The three injured were taken to a hospital and were discharged the following day.
