Delta A320 at Managua on Mar 6th 2015, could not fully retract landing gear

A Delta Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration N352NW performing flight DL-370 from Managua (Nicaragua) to Atlanta,GA (USA) with 124 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Managua when the crew stopped the climb due to landing gear not indicating fully retracted. The aircraft returned to Managua for a safe landing.

Following repairs the aircraft was able to depart again and reached Atlanta with a delay of 11:45 hours.

Instituto Nicaraguense de Aeronautica Civil (INAC) reported there was a problem with the nose gear.
