A J-Air Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of Japan Airlines, flight XM-2123/JL-2123 from Osaka Itami to Hakodate (Japan) with 54 people on board, was climbing out of Osaka when the crew decided to return to Osaka due to the failure of some anti-ice systems related to instrument displays. The aircraft landed safely back.

The flight was cancelled.
