A Ryanair Boeing 737-800, registration EI-DHB performing flight FR-813 from Edinburgh,SC (UK) to Dublin (Ireland), departed Edinburgh's runway 24 but burst a tyre upon takeoff rotation. The aircraft stopped the climb at FL100 and returned to Edinburgh for a safe landing on runway 24 about 25 minutes after departure.

The occurrence aircraft was able to depart Edinburgh about 7 hours after landing back and reached Dublin as flight FR-8133 with a delay of 7.5 hours.
