A Sunwing Boeing 737-800, registration C-GVOJ performing flight WG-29 from Fort Lauderdale,FL (USA) to Quebec City,QC (Canada) with 155 people on board, was enroute when the first officer began to feel unwell and subsequently fainted. A doctor on board provided assistance, the first officer regained consciousness and improved sufficiently to continue duties. The aircraft continued to Quebec City for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB confirmed the occurrence.
