A Compass Airlines Embraer ERJ-175 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N632CZ performing flight CP-5811/DL-5811 from San Diego,CA to Seattle,WA (USA), was enroute at FL340 about 80nm south of Reno,NV (USA) when the crew queried whether there were any reports at FL240 and after negative reply from air traffic control requested to descend to FL240. On approach to Seattle, while entering a hold at 10,000 feet, the crew requested emergency services on stand by reporting a brakes indication and continued for a safe landing on Seattle's runway 34R about 30 minutes after requesting emergency services on standby. After landing the crew requested emergency services to check for any fires, emergency services reported everything appeared normal, there were no blown tyres. The aircraft subsequently taxied to the gate.

A passenger reported about 30 minutes prior to landing the crew announced there was a potential problem with the emergency brakes.
