A Katekavia Tupolev TU-134, registration RA-65560 performing flight KTK-9545 from Perm to Naryan-Mar (Russia) with 57 people on board, landed at Naryan-Mar at 09:07L (06:07Z) but lost directional control causing the aircraft to slide, rotate by about 90 degrees and veer off the runway. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained minor if any damage.

Russia's Emergency Ministry reported the aircraft turned by about 90 degrees while rolling out after landing at 09:07L and went off the runway. No injuries occurred, the aircraft sustained no damage. An investigation commission has been set up.

No weather data are available, neither Metars nor local weather station, TV images shortly after the occurrence show the aerodrome in serious snow cover with lots of snow removal ongoing.
