An American Eagle Embraer ERJ-140, registration N809AE performing flight MQ-4074 from Watertown,NY to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA) with 19 passengers and 3 crew, was climbing out of Watertown when the crew stopped the climb at 11,000 feet suspecting a fuel leak and decided to divert to Syracuse,NY for a safe overweight landing on Syracuse's runway 10 about 17 minutes after departure.

The aircraft was able to continue the flight the following morning and reached Chicago with a delay of 14.5 hours.
