An Expressjet Canadair CRJ-900 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N153PQ performing flight EV-5084/DL-5084 from Atlanta,GA to Tulsa,OK (USA) with 20 passengers and 4 crew, was enroute at FL340 about 50nm northnorthwest of Birmingham,AL (USA) when the first officer's side window cracked prompting the crew to divert to Birmingham for a safe landing.

A replacement CRJ-900 reached Tulsa with a delay of 4 hours.
