Chautauqua E145 at Bangor on Jul 22nd 2014, burst tyre on takeoff

The FAA reported the aircraft received minor damage after it blew one tyre on departure from Bangor.
Tyre fragments impacted the trailing edge of the left hand wing causing a panel to fracture and parts separate from the aircraft.
