A Calm Air Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-300, registration C-FAFS performing flight MO-532 from Churchill,MB to Winnipeg,MB (Canada) with 6 people on board, was climbing out of Churchill when the left engine's (PW120) torque fell to zero and the power lever became unresponsive. The crew worked the related checklists, shut the engine down and returned to Churchill for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported that the crew did not declare emergency. Maintenance found a high pressure fuel line was loose at the fuel manifold.
