The aircraft entered a hold, the crew performed an alternate gear extension and managed to extend and lock all gear. The aircraft landed safely on runway 06R about 20 minutes after the go-around and was towed off the runway.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew performed a gravity gear extension which resulted in extended and locked indications for all gear. The nose gear steering was unavailable due to the gravity extension requiring the aircraft to be towed to the apron. Maintenance replaced a faulty telescopic strut.
