An Endeavor Canadir CRJ-200 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N832AY performing flight 9E-3348/DL-3348 from Des Moines,IA to Minneapolis,MN (USA) with 50 people on board, was climbing out of Des Moines when the crew stopped the climb at FL200 suspecting a bleed air leak due to an overtemperature indication at the left hand wing and diverted to Rochester,MN for a safe landing on runway 31, vacated the runway and stopped requesting emergency services to check the left hand side of the aircraft for hot air. Emergency services reported there were no hot spots, all looked okay, the aircraft subsequently taxied to the apron.
