A Rossiya Antonov AN-148, registration RA-61702 performing flight FV-301 from St. Petersburg to Arkhangelsk (Russia), landed harder than usual on Arkhangelsk's runway 08 causing the door of a luggage overhead locker to open and release a bag which fell onto the head of the passenger underneath. The aircraft rolled out without further incident, the passenger received minor injuries, suspected to be a concussion, and was taken to a hospital.

The aircraft was able to depart for the return flight FV-302 with a delay of one hour and reached St. Petersburg with 30 minutes delay.
