A Silver Airways Saab 340B, flight 3M-4038 from Key West,FL to Tampa,FL (USA) with 35 people on board, was enroute at 14,000 feet just west of Fort Myers,FL (USA) when the crew declared emergency reporting electrical problems and decided to divert to Fort Myers. Already cleared to land on runway 06 the crew requested a left 360 advising they were too high for the approach and were approved to fly the 360. The aircraft landed safely on runway 06 about 12 minutes after leaving 14,000 feet.

The flight reached Tampa with a delay of 8 hours.
