An Easyjet Airbus A319-100, registration G-EZBB performing flight U2-3808 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Amsterdam (Netherlands), was departing Prague's runway 30, reduced runway separation procedures were in use at the time.

A Lufthansa Airbus A319-100, registration D-AILS performing flight LH-1398 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Prague (Czech Republic), was on final approach to Prague's runway 30, when the crew decided to go around resulting in a loss of separation. The air traffic controller instructed the Lufthansa Airbus to immediately turn right 15 degrees in order to restore separation.

On Oct 18th 2013 Czech Republic's UZPLN reported in their quarterly bulletin that the separation reduced to 200 feet vertical and 0.5nm horizontally. The occurrence was rated a serious incident, an investigation is underway.
