An Atlas Air Boeing 747-400, registration N465MC performing flight 5Y-8656 from Anchorage,AK (USA) to Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), stopped the climb out of Anchorage at 10,000 feet reporting they had pressurization problems and could not climb above 10,000 feet. They were in consultation with maintenance. The crew subsequently decided to return to Anchorage for a safe landing on runway 07R about 85 minutes after departure.

The incident aircraft was able to depart again after about 5 hours on the ground.
